Located directly on North Barrett Square, this condo is steps from all of Rosemary Beach's amenities, including boutique shopping, dining, the white sand of the private beach, and more!
You can leave your car in the dedicated, covered parking space. A car is not needed in this pedestrian-friendly community. Shaded pathways are just an elevator ride away! Should you wish to rent bikes during your stay, a bike shop is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building.
From the garage, you can quickly take the elevator to the top floor directly to the condo and back down to the shops and restaurants on the Square.

There is plenty of seating in the unit with a comfortable sofa, designer swivel chairs, banquette seating, a separate bar seating area, and dining on the front balcony overlooking the Square.
Relax on one of the 3 private balconies overlooking the square, each with unique views of the ocean or town
There are 3 smart TVs (bedrooms and one in living room)
New, compact washer and dryer and additional amenities for your comfort.
Primary bedroom: luxurious linens, room-darkening curtains, and French doors that open to its own private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower with in-wall jets.
Guest "walk-through" bedroom: Queen-sized bed with custom storage and its own, connecting bathroom with tub and shower. Note: There is not a closet in this room, but there are plenty of hooks and built-in drawer storage for your items.
Additional Queen sofa bed in the main living area (advance notice needed to prepare)
Our property manager is local and quick to respond should any needs arise.

We have been vacationing along 30A for 30+ years, and it is where we were married. We have searched all over the US and beyond for prettier white sugar beaches with better amenities…still searching!
